Q: Do you offer "permanent" Roll-off Services?
A: Yes, we offer permanent Roll-Off on a regular pull schedule or on-call. Call us!
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Pricing depends on the dumpster size and rental duration. Our rates include delivery, pickup, and disposal.
Q: Do I need a permit?
A: Usually not if the dumpster is on your property. If it needs to go on a street or public area, check with your local city office.

Q: Can I get same-day delivery?
A: 2 business days advanced notice needed for delivery - Call us early to check availability if needed sooner.

Q: Is there a weight limit?
A: Each dumpster has a weight allowance included in the price. Extra-heavy loads may incur additional fees.

Q: Will my driveway get damaged?
A: Dumpsters can leave marks on concrete or asphalt. But our dumpsters are not traditional roll-off dumpsters so there is less chance of damage. We do have driveway protection for extra safety if so desired for a $19.99.
Q: How do I schedule pickup?
A: When your dumpster is full, just contact us and we’ll arrange a convenient pickup.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
A: No, as long as the placement area is clear and accessible.
Q: Can I rent multiple dumpsters?
A: Yes! We can deliver multiple dumpsters to the same site or swap out full units as needed.

Dumpster Fill Policy
Dumpsters must be filled no higher than the top edge of the container, with all debris contained within the sides. Materials should be level across the length and width, and nothing may extend above or hang over the edges. For safety and legal transport requirements, dumpsters must be able to be securely tarped. Overfilled dumpsters cannot be safely transported and may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup. If you have more waste than expected, please arrange for an additional dumpster or a larger size.
