Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using this website or renting equipment from AR Dumpsters, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided: AR Dumpsters provides temporary dumpster rental and related waste management services. Availability and pricing may vary by location.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear and safe placement access

• Not disposing of prohibited materials

• Preventing overfilling

• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals

Damage & Liability: Customers are responsible for damage to dumpsters caused by misuse, overloading, fire, or prohibited materials. AR Dumpsters is not responsible for surface damage unless caused by gross negligence.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Dumpsters shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless AR Dumpsters from claims arising from misuse of rented equipment or violation of these terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, or South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Policies: AR Dumpsters reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY- AR Dumpsters - Last Updated: 1/27/2026

Reservation Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Delivery & Usage

Once a dumpster has been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied due to transportation, labor, and equipment costs already incurred.

Early Pick-Up

Early pickup of a dumpster does not automatically qualify for a partial refund unless expressly approved in writing.

Prohibited Use & Overages

No refunds will be issued if services are denied or interrupted due to:

• Prohibited materials

• Overfilled dumpsters

• Unsafe placement conditions

• Violation of rental terms

Additional fees may apply in such cases.

Weather & Uncontrollable Events

AR Dumpsters is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
